Ultra High Purity Unit

The Ultra High Purity Units are made from 10 feet of 1/8" OD SS316L tubing with CGA and Swagelock fittings, orbital weld construction and 2 nozzles. Interior surfaces are either chemically cleaned or electropolished. These units have no valves (on/off is at the cylinder) and are meant for fixed manifolds or for minimal movement. In-line filters are included.
