Variable Orifice Units

Variable Orifice Units can address both simple and general contamination control problems and also critical cleaning issues. There are two different variable orifice units - a standard one with a packed leak valve with a polymer seal, and an all metal bellows metering valve. The standard variable orifice comes with a cylinder fitting, 10 foot PTFE lined stainless steel hose, a metering valve with a variable orifice and 3 SS nozzles - inner diameters .05, .09, and .14 inches. The high purity variable orifice unit is made from an all metal bellows valve. The unit is equipped with a pressure gauge and an F3 filter (0.003 micron) as part of the price. This unit comes with a 10 foot PTFE lined hose. All connections are Swagelok - no PTFE tape or pipe thread fittings. Four electropolished nozzles can be supplied. Both units are equipped with a valve for manual on and off control (the metering valves do not seal). These units will come with a polymer handle and grip.
