Direct Replacement for all US produced Bayard Alpert Types

Megatech Ion Gauge Tubes are of the highest quality and are direct equivalents of tubes supplied by Veeco, Granville Phillips, Varian, CVC, MRC etc. Tubes are available with Iridium (burn-out resistant) or twin tungsten filaments in Pyrex or Kovar tubulation either 0.75in or 1.0in diameter. Options include 2.75in Conflat flanges and evacuated sealed-off tubes. Pyrex and Kovar tubes of the same designation are completely interchangeable - only the tubulation is different.
