STN-X00
Smart Transfer System- Manual horizontal transfer of 25 wafers.

TBM-X00
Top & Bottom Flat Finder-Manual- Manually aligns flats up or down.

AFF-X00
Automatic Flat Finder-- Automatically aligns flats up or down. Equipped with AC power module.

A16-X00
16 Position Flat Finder- Automatically aligns flats to any of 16 positions. Equipped with AC power module.

WLM-X00
Wafer Lifter Manual- Manual operation. Lifts wafers at increments for inspection.

NFM-800
Notch Finder Manual- Manually aligns notchs up or down

NFA-800
Notch Finder Automatic- Automatically aligns notch's up or down

VWS-X00
Variable Wafer Sampler W/ Top Guide- Manual operation. Selects every 5th wafer. Includes extended guide on top.

WLA-X00
Wafer Lifter- Top/Bottom Flat Finder- Automatically aligns flats and lifts wafers at increments for visual inspection.

SWP-X00
Selectable Wafer Lifter- Automatically lifts one wafer pre-determined by operator from one 25-slot cassette for visual inspection.

STE-X00
Static Dissipative Transfer- Manually transfers 25 wafers between two cassettes, dissipating any static charges present on wafers.

Note:
X indicates wafer size in machine code. An example would be UKAX25A3, the X could be 4", 6", or 8" wafers. So if you needed a 8" (200mm) Junior (25 wafer/single density) transfer tool the model number would be UKA825A3.
