RoHS Compliant Spectrograph and
Spectral Reflectometer from Verity Instruments
Verity have released RoHS compliant
versions of their SD1024D and SP2004 instruments. The SD1024F and
SP2006 are available immediately, with the SD1024FL and SD2048FL due
for release later this year.
In addition
to the removal of lead and other hazardous substances, Verity have
implented a number of design improvements and upgraded the firmware in
the instrument. The result is an even better version of an already top
quality instrument.
